Prior to private practice, Roxahn was previously employed as a Family and Child Counsellor with the counselling organisation, Relationships Australia (Vic), approved by the Attorney Generals Department of Australia.
Throughout employment and studies, Roxahn has participated in numerous professional development and training
Therapeutic Experience: Roxahn has been working as a counsellor for the past 12 years. Whilst engaged in employment, Roxahn has worked with clients from a variety of angles including; crisis work, case-management, general and specialist counselling, advocacy, and mediation. Prevalent issues for the clients Roxahn counselled were around; mental health, family violence, communication difficulties, family separation, family and/or relationship difficulties, addictions, sexual abuse, parenting issues, physical well-being concerns, and so on. Roxahn also possesses extensive group work experience in; women’s, art, relationship education, sex education, anger management, and parenting.
